Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel as confident in our gear as you do in the saddle, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Each piece must be returned in its original condition with all Cowboy Colostrum tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and secure it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
